I put together this easy dilution guide as a quick reference for when you need—or want—to dilute essential oils. It's especially handy when making roller blends or working with 'hot' oils like lemongrass, oregano, or Thieves.

A few roller ideas:
 Sleepy Time: 20 drops Lavender + 10 Cedarwood + V6 carrier oil (30% dilution in 5ml) 
 Wind Down: 20 drops Lavender + 20 Stress Away + V6 carrier oil (40% dilution in 5ml) 
 Tummy Tamer: 20 drops Digize + 10 Peppermint + V6 carrier oil (30% dilution in 5ml)
 Immune Boost: 10 drops Thieves + 10 ImmuPower + 10 Frankincense + V6 carrier oil (30% dilution in 5ml)
